Authentication Overview

VoiceBot uses secure session-based authentication to protect your account and data. Each session is valid for 4 hours, after which you’ll need to log in again.

Sign Up Process

Visit the Platform

Go to app.voicebot.studio

Create Account

Click on “Sign Up” and enter your email address and password

Verify Email

Verify your email address through the confirmation link

Get Started

You’ll be automatically logged in and enrolled in the free plan

Login

Standard Login

Log in with your email and password at app.voicebot.studio

Session Duration

Sessions are valid for 4 hours for security

Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it securely:

Request Reset

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page

Enter Email

Enter your registered email address

Check Inbox

Check your email for the reset link

Set New Password

Click the link and set a new password
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. Request a new link if needed.

Security Best Practices

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Don’t reuse passwords from other services
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Don’t share your account credentials
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Regularly review account activity
