Manage your organization’s members with granular role-based access control. Search and filter members based on any information available in the member list.

Member Roles

Company Admin

Full platform access with ability to:
  • Manage all platform features
  • Add/remove other admins
  • Modify any member’s roles

Team Member

Customizable access with:
  • Feature-specific permissions
  • Granular access control
  • Role-based restrictions

Adding Team Members

Invitation Process

  1. Click “Add Team Member” button
  2. Enter member email(s)
  3. Select role (Company Admin or Team Member)
  4. Configure permissions (for Team Members)
  5. Send invitations
Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join your organization. Existing users can also access the organization through their dashboard.

Permission Levels

Editor

Full feature access:
  • Create and modify
  • Delete and manage
  • Full control

Viewer

Read-only access:
  • View content
  • Access reports
  • No modifications

Restricted

No access:
  • Feature hidden
  • Access denied

Feature Permissions

Configure access for:
  • Workflows
  • Assistants
  • Multi Agent
  • Knowledge Base
  • Tools
  • Phone Numbers
Manage access to:
  • Team Management
  • Billing
  • Analytics
  • Call Logs
Call Logs and Analytics are limited to Viewer or Restricted access as they are read-only features.

Permission Management Rules

  1. Company Admins can:
    • Modify any member’s role or permissions
    • Add/remove other Company Admins
    • Manage all aspects of the organization
  2. Team Members with Edit access can:
    • Add/remove other Team Members
    • Modify Team Member permissions
    • Cannot modify Company Admin roles

User States

Active

Member has accepted invitation and completed setup

Pending

Invitation sent, awaiting user acceptance
New users will be guided through the signup process with their email pre-filled. Existing users can access the organization immediately after accepting the invitation.
